By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the ‘User’ or ‘Users’) is informed and gives their free, informed, specific and unequivocal consent for the personal data they provide through the website located at the URL https://droyztoys.com (hereinafter, the ‘Website’) be processed by Droyz, as well as data derived from their browsing and any other data they may provide in the future.

Pursuant to Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, under no circumstances will Droyz send advertising or communications for sales or other commercial purposes to Users without their prior request or consent. Likewise, it will not send unsolicited or previously consented messages, nor will it send chains of unsolicited or previously consented electronic messages.
The personal data provided by the User must be true, accurate, complete and up to date, and the User shall be liable for any damages that may arise from failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Protection of minors
We do not collect personal data from minors. It is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to ensure the privacy of minors, doing everything possible to ensure that they have authorised the collection and use of the minor's personal data.
5. Duration of data processing
